Welcome to Tukloh, a powerful Point of Sale (POS) system designed for both web and mobile platforms. The platform is owned and operated by Hnamte Production (registration in progress), based in Mizoram, India.

By accessing or using Tukloh (“Service”, “App”, “Website”, “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Definitions

• “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to Hnamte Production and its owners, developers, and affiliates.

• “User”, “You”, “Your” refers to any individual or business entity using Tukloh services.

• “Service” means the Tukloh POS system available via web or mobile app.

• “Account” means a registered user profile enabling access to Tukloh.

• “Subscription” means any paid plan, license, or service package offered by Tukloh.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using or accessing Tukloh, you:

• Confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract.

• Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• Agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using Tukloh on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Tukloh provides a feature-rich POS system that enables users to:

• Manage sales, purchases, and inventory.

• Automatically calculate GST and generate real-time reports.

• Operate offline with automatic data synchronization when re-connected to the internet.

• Access business insights through analytics and logs.

Training and support services are provided online only.

4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

• You must create an account to access most features of Tukloh.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

• Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to location, phone number, and email address.

The information you provide may be stored on your device and is not directly collected by us except as required for account verification and system functionality.

The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
These include, but are not limited to:

• Google Play Services

• Google Analytics for Firebase

• Firebase Crashlytics

Whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This may include your device’s IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, time and date of usage, and other technical statistics.

Purpose of Data Processing:

• App functionality: To enable features and authenticate users.

• Analytics: To improve app performance and fix bugs.

• Developer communications: To send important updates or new-feature notifications.

• Fraud prevention and compliance: To monitor suspicious activities such as failed logins.

• Account management: To allow account setup, verification, and updates.

All data collected is processed ephemerally and according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscription, Payment, and Fees

Tukloh offers both one-time licenses and subscription-based plans.

• Payment methods currently supported include UPI, Bank Transfer, and Cash.

• Integration with Razorpay will be introduced in the near future.

• All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR).

Platform charges or subscription fees may be revised from time to time. Users will be notified via the website, email, or official communication channels such as WhatsApp.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted in cases where:

• Service activation fails due to technical issues attributable to Tukloh, or

• A genuine duplicate payment is detected.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services. Users are encouraged to review the terms of those services before use.

9. Offline Usage and Synchronization

Tukloh supports offline operations. However:

• Offline data is temporarily stored on your local device.

• Upon internet reconnection, synchronization with Tukloh’s servers will occur automatically.

• The Company is not liable for data loss resulting from device malfunction, loss, or local storage issues prior to synchronization.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and software components of Tukloh are the exclusive property of Hnamte Production.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tukloh solely for your business operations.
You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the Service.

• Use the Tukloh name, logo, or marks without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Tukloh and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruptions.

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

12. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account:

• That violates these Terms, or

• That is suspected of fraud, misuse, or illegal activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
