This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how our digital products and services are delivered once you complete a purchase or subscription through our platform.
Tukloh provides digital software services — not physical goods. Therefore, no physical shipping or courier delivery applies to our products.
All services, licenses, and access credentials are delivered electronically through:
Online account activation, or
Email/SMS confirmation upon payment verification.
Delivery and activation of Tukloh services generally occur instantly or within a few hours of payment confirmation.
In rare cases (e.g., technical delays, manual verification, or offline payments), activation may take up to 24–48 business hours.
For offline payments (via UPI, bank transfer, or cash), activation will begin only after payment is manually verified by our team.
You will receive:
A confirmation email or SMS containing your account details.
Access credentials or activation link to begin using the Tukloh platform.
If you do not receive your activation confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us immediately.
Once payment is confirmed, access to your subscription or POS account is automatically unlocked via your Tukloh account dashboard.
Users are responsible for ensuring that:
The email and phone number provided during registration are correct.
They can receive messages from Tukloh’s communication channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp).
Device or browser configurations allow app installations and web access.
Delivery may fail or be delayed in cases where:
Incorrect contact or billing details were provided.
Payment confirmation from your bank or payment gateway is pending.
Network or system downtime temporarily prevents activation.
In such cases, please write to vanlalruata[dot]hnamte[at]gmail[dot]com with your Transaction ID and Registered Email ID.
We will verify and reissue your activation details within 24–48 business hours.
Tukloh services are available globally via the internet. However:
Some payment and regional functionalities may be restricted to India depending on licensing and compliance regulations.
Offline mode functionality depends on your device’s local storage and internet connectivity.
Tukloh is not liable for non-accessibility due to poor connectivity, hardware malfunction, or local system errors.
As part of our service, training and customer support are provided online only through:
Email and chat support
Scheduled remote sessions (where applicable)
No in-person or physical support visits are included unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Tukloh does not ship, courier, or deliver any physical products, media, or installation devices (e.g., CDs, USB drives, manuals).
All documentation, updates, and licenses are delivered digitally.
You will receive updates about your service activation or renewal via:
Email notifications
In-app alerts
WhatsApp or SMS (if applicable)
If you do not receive your digital delivery confirmation, kindly check your spam folder or contact support.
